You may have noticed we’ve been showcasing our finished bespoke custom products on our social media before dispatch.
This shows them at the final stage of their manufacturing process, right before they go out to the customer. At Openhouse, we have always taken immense pride and care in our bespoke products, rendering them to the highest standard in British manufacturing as possible.
Our manufacturing process involves several steps and services.
We begin with Research and Design. Our ability to create custom designs and innovations provides an infinite range of possibilities for our customers. Our range of custom services also mean we can tailor a product to a customer’s specification.
From there, our fully automated cutting room receives online instructions from the Design Team and is then able to immediately swing into small, medium or large volume production.[vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”20699,20700,20702,20703″ img_size=”full”] We can produce a logo onto a bag in various different ways; we offer welded graphics, heat transfer reflective printing, or embroidery produced in-house.
We have a fleet of cylinder arm and taper machines which are used in the construction process in our bags. These machines are made by Juki, as are the majority of the other machines we use here at Openhouse. We are confident in the quality and workmanship that these machines can provide us.
We then do a full quality inspection to ensure all bags have been produced to the highest standard of durability, and once that’s done they are packed and ready to go!
